i didn't even want to bestow them with one star THAT would be too! good after ordering a casket spray for our mother a few weeks ago we choose a combination of lilies and roses lilies being one of her favorite flowers and after being showed the presentation of the casket spray in the brochure we went ahead thinking it was going to be a fitting tribute the last thing we could do for her when it arrived at the crematorium it was the worst display of flowers there we only had one chance to show her how much we cared and blooms ruined it and left us feeling quite upset and distressed for such important occasions i would recommend anyone to be careful when making a purchase from here because they dont even care or show any remorse go to the rose garden over the road much nicer service photo of white flowers suppose to represent what we should of received other photos shows the rubbish we actual got no customer service just interested in my £129.99 since posting my review i can confirm after starting court proceeding blooms conceded and accepted responsibility and settled out of court my mother dont get the beautiful display that was intended for her But we get recognition that the flowers we received was inadequate and unacceptable and extremely poor complaints service
Absolutely excellent service with excellent flowers for my sister's funeral. Rebecca was wonderful when I ordered the flowers & also did the arrangement herself. I thought I'd got my emotions in check when I went in to explain what I wanted but broke down in tears when it came to chosing the card to go with them. I hadn't considered the card & was overwhelmed. Rebecca was so compassionate, really lovely. Emma served me when I collected them & was also lovely. A couple of years ago I ordered a funeral posy from a florist very close to Blooms, was hugely disappointed & will never go back. I am so thrilled to have now found a quality florist locally. We moved into the area 2 years ago and I've not really need to order flowers during the lockdown period. As it was my sister in laws 40 I was finding a local florist and the reviews to this place was lovely. My first I impressions of the florist was how nice it was to be serviced in no rush, considering I came in 10mins before closing. The lady taking my order on a monday was helpful, didn't rush me and was happy to have a general chat. All I knew is I wanted the flowers in water, large and colourful. I did not pick any flowers and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. It exceeded my expectations - the best part was giving them to my sister in law who had the biggest smile on her face. Will return again and my husband knows where to come now!!! Thank you all!
we ordered the purple and gold basket for a surprise for my Mum (no occasion), she loved it, and said they were the best flowers she has ever received! Her favourite colour is purple so it was a perfect arrangement for her. Great service ordering online as we live away.
