   We ordered a coffin spray from All Occasions. What we asked for was delivered, and then some! It was a beautiful, full spray of bright flowers per our wishes. Lots of positive feedback from staff at funeral directors and guests attending the funeral regarding the flowers. Excellent service. Many thanks.

   I order flowers to be delivered for my mom on her birthday. Even paid the £10 which ensures that they are delivered in the am. After spending £55 on flowers an the delivery fee I expected them to arrive. Very dissatisfied in the surface.

   I asked for a bespoke bouquet for my mums 80th this week. I said she had dementia and enjoyed colours (but no Lilys!). I paid £40 and returned 1/2 later to an absolutely stunning bouquet! Such a lovely sales staff. Very friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend enough! A++++++++++++++

   Ordered flowers via interflora for my wife’s birthday, to her work address , it got to 3pm and the flowers had still not been delivered (this has never happened before with interflora) i phoned the company and explained my wife was only at work until 4.30 and please could they try to get the flowers to her by then. They responded no they couldn’t as there was nothing they could do to help , yet they are only 3 miles from her work address. I asked please could they give me an eta for the flowers and was told no they had no idea on time. My wife had to go and fetch her own flowers on her birthday upon finishing work, i understand now in hindsight that interflora deliveries can be as late as 6pm but the customer service was shoddy, nothing was done to try and resolve the situation and i would have thought common sense would deliver flowers to work address’s as a priority and well within work hours . clear why they only have three review stars

   Husband brought some flowers from here. They haven't lasted a week even though i followed the given care plan. They cost £50. When he rang to complain the lady didn't want to know...obviously she had already been paid so why should see?! Poor customer service and even poorer product!

   Bouquet arrived on Monday. There were weird small spray roses included, speckled appearance but I realise that’s just my taste however within 48 hours they’d shrivelled along with the showpiece chrysanthemum. I wonder if they were fresh?
