   Aimee has recently helped us with our remortgage. It has been the best and easiest experience we have ever had. Aimee is exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to give in depth explanations about the different products available.She sent us a link to upload the required documents (so convenient!) and within days the process was completed. Aimee has kept us informed every step of the way. The communication from her and Annie has been excellent at every step. Aimee more recently advised that rates had lowered and re sourced the mortgage saving us money...Amazing service and will most definitely use again and recommend!!

   Spoke to a guy called luke on the Friday morning 29th October saying he will look into trying get me fixed up with a mortgage. Friday evening emailed me saying called into a meeting not had chance do anything and he would ring me Monday with a update. Monday evening I rang him with no response. Also emailed him again no reply back. Its been a week and nothing back off him! Luckily I've been fixed up else where. I think it's rude and unprofessional to completely ignore me. A simple email yes or no you can help goes along way.

We had absolutely no clue about the ins and outs of finding and securing a mortgage and to have to do that on our own would have been so so stressful and almost impossible!
