Does this shop even open at all ..says open online, everytime i go to shop its never open says its open till 1pm went at 11.30am and its closed. When i do managed to get flowers from here they are lovely hence why i keep tryin to catch the shop open
I checked your website last night to check that you were open today. I travelled quite a way to visit today only to find your shop closed. This was 11 am. On the door it said you were open 10 till 1 . Was very disappointed. Sorry.
Answer back to the owner , I do have the right shop as you called me a liar today in the shop after your customer had left , I was the one who ordered the bouquet and you didn't keep it , you was rude and a rip off , everyone stay clear! You have no management skills you can't speak to customers like that !
Don't go here they are rude and rip off merchants ! And lie about pre orders ! Complete let downs and flowers last one day ! Stay away ! Answer to the shop owner , I have got the right shop ! I'm the one you was rude to and called a liar when I said I had already called and reserved a bouquet! This is bad business !
The value for money here is amazing. Very helpful staff and was able to order and pick them up the next day. Best flower shop in Dudley by a mile.
