I ordered two lots of flowers one with grandad one with dad and a single red rose. When my sons went into pay they gave them two cards to write their message on. A few days later I called them telling them what I would like written on the rose. The lady was very lovely and helped me with the wording. On the day of the funeral I noticed the rose was not there. This as you can imagine upset me a lot. I tried at the service to put it out of my mind. I was incredibly hurt and disappointed as I felt my message was very important as parting words to the father of my sons. I called the next day to be told it was ok and that due to an error the rose was never charged for so it was ok. I pointed out this was not ok and if it was never ordered why the lady promised to put my message on They told me they would need to investigate. My daughter called and at one point the lady she spoke to offered to sent the rose out. I don’t think they grasped the gravity of my upset . My daughter asked for a manager to call back this was over a week ago now. And as yet no one has called. I’m not even sure what they could do to make this better but clearly they are not bothered. I feel this is my last option to at least let others know they may not send all your order and at such a distressing time I have found little comfort in there response. I dislike poor reviews like this as I work in an industry where reviews count for a lot and I always wish the people writing them had just given us a chance to put it right, I offered haters this and they have ignored it

I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to me yesterday by Harpers Florist in Dudley off my son Mark, and future daughter inlaw Martina for my mother's day. The colours of all the flowers where bright and beautiful they where gorgeous I would definitely recommend this florist for there beautiful flowers
