The Greenhouse Florist in Stourbridge is my go to for flowers. Their arrangements are always fresh and beautifully crafted, and the service is exceptional. Whether it’s a special occasion or just because, they never disappoint.
I rang and ordered flowers for my husbands Aunties funeral. The lady on the phone was lovely and very helpful. The posie was really pretty. We were very happy. Thank you so much.
DO NOT USE !!! I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day was told cannot guarantee a time but they will send orders out by 8am. Throughout the day made multiple calls told flowers are out and will be delivered. Finally they come at 7pm and was told that as my order did not have priority other orders went out first. I was not told when paying that there was priority flowers. Anyway the flowers came all crushed and definitely did not meet my expectations when spending £54.50 for flowers. Good luck with anyone else ordering but please don’t if you don’t want to upset anyone with late and crushed flowers !! Would be amazing to see if anyone from the store will comment on this feed back or even have the customer care to message me.
We ordered our wedding flowers from the Greenhouse Florist including bridal and bridesmaid bouquet, buttonholes, corsages, table posies and top table arrangement. All was as described, lovely colour scheme and fresh flowers. Stevie delivered the top table arrangement and table posies to the wedding venue and it was all made to look lovely for an affordable price. Thank you again for helping to make our day so special!
