I have recently activated my HomePro membership for the insurance back guarantee for double glazing. A staff member of HomePro, Josef Wolfe, was very polite and assisted me very well through the process. HomePro employees are very well trained and are great at doing their job. I recommend this company to others!
This business is not worth the money they take from you. Since James Keane left the person who took over is no where near as good and fails to stick to his word in doing what he says he will in simply sending a email.
Ignore the reviews of Brokers etc, what anyone should be interested in is the supposed Insured parties like myself, and just one other I note below. HomePro have obviously honed the refusal to obtain redress into a fine art. I tried to claim on a policy for defective work and even went to the Ombudsman to assist in verifying as to whether I had a legitimate claim, the Ombudsman agreed, and yet the company are still refusing to pay anything for works covered under the Guarantee given to me by a Contractor now longer trading. There isn't a barge pole long enough to forewarn people about touching this reprehensible company's product. Shameful.
As a company we have used Homepro insurance for many years. If I have a query or a question to ask I have one person who I call or email and they either answer the phone or email back straight away or get back to me really quickly. I really like their personal approach to clients, no call centers or speaking to a different member of staff each time. Great friendly service, would absolutely recommend.
