   I recently started working with SimplyOnlineLeads, hoping to boost my business with high-quality leads. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. Firstly, the quality of the leads generated by SimplyOnlineLeads has been extremely disappointing. A significant majority of them have proven to be useless and did not convert into actual customers. It's frustrating to invest money into a service, only to find out that most leads are irrelevant or not interested at all. It feels like pouring money down the drain, which is the last thing any business owner wants. Additionally, I encountered issues with their refund policy. They market their refund promise as a risk-reduction assurance, which was initially reassuring to me. However, when I attempted to request a refund for the low-quality leads that didn't meet expectations, the process was far from straightforward. It turns out their policy is not as transparent or customer-friendly as they lead you to believe. This was a significant letdown and added to my overall dissatisfaction. In conclusion, I cannot recommend SimplyOnlineLeads based on my experience. The leads they provide have little value, and their refund policy does not live up to its promises. I would advise exploring other companies with a better track record for delivering quality leads and reliable customer service.

   most don't answer, the ones that do thought they would get rates online rather than a call , don't waste your money

   The refund policy is far from Fair. I had 2 leads come through that were clearly not valid but I was advised the first one would be refunded as a show of good faith but the second one would not be even thought the phone number was for a garage not a residential property and the email address provided bounced as it was fake. I will not be using them again!

   Leads come through quickly but there are multiple hoaxes and instances of people being called by multiple brokers . These lead costs don't get refunded, as standard, despite directly contradicting their contract. Not worth using them.
