   Huge store for arts and crafts, nice place too pick up supplies or look into starting a new hobby. Recently picked up some felt for a home DIY project and couldn't be happier with the service and assistance. Very spacious inside and easy to find your way around. Definitely would recommend for anyone wanting to learn a new hobby.

   Been coming here for years, love the range of stock on offer. Only today felt compelled to leave a review thanks to the young man, Ali who served me. Top notch service which is rare to find nowadays. It's one thing to return to a store for its products, a completely different level to return due to the amazing staff and customer experience.

   Nice gigantic craft store! Had to pop in to pickup some craft supplies. Found many things and blanks which is awesome. Everything I wanted was in stock. But, I can say cotton bag blanks and acrylic blanks are not so good. Bags have holes in the tag/label areas. Their prices are very competitive with online retailers! Also, at the end, the cashier took extra money from us because of the wrong item. He didn’t check the other products and scan the same tag for all stuffs. Plenty of parking too, which is a great plus!

   Great, plenty to see. I was specifically looking for the cross stitch kits and found what I was looking for. Very pleased. Best place to get the small cross stitch kits. The assistant was pleasant and helpful. I didn't have my loyalty card on me but she was very helpful to locate me on the system using my postcode. Overall a good experience.
