   I called up the store to make an appointment. The staff here are wonderful, so helpful and accommodating. I spent over an hour looking at all the wonderful stock lines for sale. I was so spoiled for choice. I went away with a huge bag of goodies, and some great ideas. Seeing all the stock is so much better than online. I will be back!

   My mum Purchased on line. Buy 2 get one free but didn’t get the free one. Queried it to be told She hadn’t followed instructions and it’s the same as in supermarket?!! My mum is 60 and the sale said buy 2 get one free. It didn’t say only if you follow instructions. Rude, dishonest and unhelpful

   Never received items, refused to resend or refund. That makes them a thief!! And they are quite happy with 6 worded emails without an apology. Took 7 emails for them to actually declare they would not be refunding or reposting.

   I adore the great selection of products this shop has to offer, the bows are by far my favourite, so spoiled for choice on the colours they sell. Staff are amazing, so helpful and a great find. Not set up as a normal retail shop but once inside its like Pandora's box ! I would recommend to anybody who loves crafting.
