The recent 5* review is clearly irrelevant - it does not relate to this company. I have a bad experience with Vast Visibility. They are involved with an insurance comparison 'service', but use a call centre for support that has blacklisted my phone calls. The company does not speak with end-users by phone, and emails are handled by their 'customer service' department - which ignores what suits them and obfuscates about the remainder. Possibly a spin-off from another locally-based company that writes flawed software.
