Desperately waiting for a phone call re mending a kitchen leak caused by their bloke. No contact still after 3 days. Appalling comms. They are letting Yorkshire Water down.
Dumped cones all over residential road. No works carried out over 6 weeks later. Anyone else would be fined for littering. Get them collected please
How many more times are you going to dig up the road because of yet another water leak..it would appear that the many hundreds of houses built on the same road HD8 9AU Station Road Skelmanthorpe the water board are unable to cope with the capacity. I am trying to run a business and unable to do so due to constant digging up of the road and traffic lights outside my property, no prior notification given, just a knock on the door and asked to move cars, this has been pre planned as markings have been made all over the road weeks and weeks ago, would help residents if you didn't contact us psychically on your crystal ball that obviously doesn't work..now workmen sat in the van blocking access through the traffic lights!!! Total chaos as one set of lights permanently on red...You couldn't write the incompetence from your company!!!! Furious is an understatement!!! Now he's moved the lights across the neighbours drive so they can't get in or out!!! When common sense says move them another 6ft so they can get their car off the drive..how to put up traffic lights course needed!!!! Legally you have to give prior notification, a courtesy board would help. This is not emergency work as it has been marked up weeks ago, this is every week now that there are issues!!!
Showed up at 10pm knocking on my door without any form of prior communication then sat for over 20 minutes outside my house. Came back 2 days later, cut off my water and, AGAIN, no communication whatsoever! Worst company I've ever seen.

Ex cons, community service inbreds! Turned up digging holes around my house on my property unannounced. Got no information from them apart from water leak in strong Irish accent. Left two huge holes in front of my only door for two weeks meaning I climbed in and out my house. They returned several times in a year because they are so dumb they can’t fix a pipe, I would of fixed it myself had I known it was leaking Lots of Complaints They cut the lock off my back gate I came home to find my garden furniture stolen. Kitchen flooded Parcel on the doorstep stolen Damage to walls and stone flags, nothing was put back level All my complaints got ignored and Yorkshire water weren’t much better Recently heard Morrisons utility have lost a huge amount of work due to their community service scum bags
Contacted Morrison Utility services in May 2021 to correct an error they had made outside my house. Agent checked and apologised stating that the correct department would be in touch to rectify the error. 2 months later, 4 more phone calls and an email to their customer complaints department resulted in nothing! Not even the promised call backs or a reply to my email complaint. Disgusted! Call this customer service??? Update: July 2021 after contacting head office directly Job was done in 3 days!

Temporary lights at Carlton, nr Selby have not been working all day. Have been trying to get hold of somebody since 18 30pm as the roadworks are on the main road which can get busy. I have phoned police who asked me to get no. off the box operating lights as they were busy and could not attend. I have tried several nos. for Morrison's utility but they are all closed. I would like to raise my concerns over this, surely you have some responsibility to ensure a safe flow of traffic. Ann Martin
