   We have recently used Richard Bamber & Company for our remortgage and help to buy. We've used them twice before and have always been pleased with their service. I wasn't looking forward to going through all the help to buy but Kristian helped me with this and he was amazing. He explained everything from start to finish and if I had a query with anything I could email and he would always promptly reply. Kristian went above and beyond to secure us the best deal he could and even when the provider was being picky (he assured me it wasn't just with us) and he made everything run smoothly for us. We ended up not being able to complete until very last minute with the solicitor and had a few confusing emails from them, however Kristian and his colleague Katie had it all in hand and chased everything up and made sure everything was just right. I am so grateful for all the help we received with a stressful process. You made it so much easier, thank you so much. Christina and Matthew.

Much better than using a comparison site, they did all the leg work and saved me so much hassle wading through online questionnaires to find the best priced, most suitable policy.    I have used this company 3 times now for firstly getting my mortgage then two renewals and they are brilliant. My first 2 transactions were with Philip who was great and in regular contact excellent customer services. This time Kristian is helping and he has been great to the point he keeps in touch when he was on annual leave as he knew my renewal date is fast approaching. Would recommend to anyone and will be using again
