   Terrible company. If you want stress then use this company, i took a car insurance out, when the letter arrived from them with the details, a mistake had been made by there employee regards my no claims discount. I rang them to explain there mistake and was told my insurance would cost a lot more, i cancelled the insurance, and ask about a refund of the money i had paid, i was told that after checking with there account,s department that no money had been taken out, it transpires that they have no accounts department, and the chap who i spoke to all through this sorry episode, tried to make out that i would have to pay over £100, to cancel the policy, this after he had made the mistake regards my no claims discount in the first place. I also had two bullying phone calls from the same person, i received no insurance documents what so ever until roughly 10 days after my old insurance had expired, leaving me in the lurch should of i have had some sort of car accident. Having paid by Debit i got all my money back through my bank getting involved in this case. and had the car insurance cancelled . Leave this company well alone, there are better companies with similar quotes.
