   Can’t recommend CleanLeeds highly enough. Julie the director is extremely approachable, helpful and professional and runs a great company. We have the same friendly cleaners each week at the same time and they do an excellent job. They’re not the cheapest cleaning company we’ve used, but then you get what you pay for as they are definitely one of the best cleaning companies we’ve had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a domestic cleaning company!

   I have been using Clean Leeds for over 2 years now and I have never had a problem. Punctual and friendly cleaners who always do a top job. Julie and the team are also very responsive with comms, and supportive of moving around cleaning dates and times when needed. I cannot fault them. Excellent service and would highly recommend!

   First time using “professional” cleaning service as I usually like to clean myself but moving into a new house with toddlers it wasn’t possible so tried it out and went with clean Leeds. Seen a lot of good reviews than bad but unfortunately I’ve had a shit experience. Got charged £90 more than estimated quote on the basis that it took longer and it was dirtier than explained. Don’t see where the extra time came from as it was estimated 6 hrs and 4 people cleaning from 10am - 11.48am pretty much works out 6 hrs. Apparantly it was wrong to point out missed areas by my husband for a service we are paying for as that delayed them by an extra 8mins. I went and had a quick scan into couple cupboards one wasn’t touched at all and couple was partly cleaned. They came and cleaned the missed cupboard thanks for that. Showed me video of before and after of why they need to charge extra but both videos looked the same and was no major difference. I asked for photos as it shows up better but that wasn’t possible for them. I moved in last night just started putting things in cupboards in kitchen and seen the cupboards at the top and top shelves hasn’t been touched at all. At this point I feel so stupid for hiring cleaners and paying £300 for a unfinished job! Thanks for the areas that did get cleaned but thanks for ripping me off too.

   Cleaners were nearly always on time and the general cleaning quality was acceptable (nothing to scream about, but ok) although sometimes they left early but were paid in full. Unfortunately all of this came at a very unreasonable price: 3 hours 97.50£, and when they said they would increase the price to 117 I just said enough and stopped the service. The owner would reply to emails sometimes with delays and sometimes I had to insist to have explanations, in general I don't think their service justifies the bill.

Wish they could have come with us. I think they are worth every penny and think they could easily charge more for the excellent service. Miss them hugely. Sue

   Used Jewel to do a deep clean in a house that sorely needed it. Julie came along personally to discuss what needed doing, was very professional and explained exactly what they would do and how long it would take. Her team did a great job and even a few extras things that cropped up during the cleaning. They are certainly not cheap compared to other cleaning companies, but are dependable and do a great job, so are worth it. We are considering using them now on a regular basis for once monthly cleaning. Its nice to work with a reliable company that does exactly what it promises.

   Asked Jewel to deep clean my late mum's flat in Alwoodley, Leeds, and was very impressed. They did a good job for a very reasonable price, the organisation was spot on, and the whole operation including the invoicing was completed smoothly and quickly. Would certainly use them again.
