Highly recommend. Great service and customer service. Enquired about both an office and house clean. Prices were very reasonable and they were available quickly. Both cleans were done very well. I hired Sparks to do an end of tenancy clean when I moved out of my old flat. The girls did an amazing job, and the flat was spotless, I was really happy. However, the lettings agents, being lettings agents and trying to get any penny off me they could, went in with a microscope and complained that there was 'light dust' in places, and complained that the inside of the windows weren't spotless. I contacted Sparks, and Naomi sent in a cleaner the same day to rectify this, so I got my full deposit back. I'm really glad I spent money on hiring Sparks, it's well worth it for end of tenancy cleans. They were super helpful and it saved me money in the long run. Would 100% recommend.
Excellent service. Naomi is easy to contact and a pleasure to communicate with. I wasn't in and didn't have the pleasure of meeting Leah and Louise, but I could see that they've done a good job as soon as I got in, and my parents who have extremely high standards, have told me they were brilliant to have around as well as the cleaning side of things. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I have poor parking access at my apartment which was highlighted in my quote appointments. This is something that has been a constant pain even when a solution was offered but not only that... First cleaner barely cleaned. She did a great first job but after that just couldn't be bothered. This was dealt with by the owner who came and gave me a free clean and swapped the staff member. I thought this was the end of the problem. I was told they would bring their own cleaning products - they don't. Second cleaners weren't great either. Never pulled anything out, wiped around objects on surfaces. It was all fine at first glance but if you want attention to detail this company isn't for you. The final straw was yesterday. I left money for parking and a request to move some empty cardboard boxes instead of cleaning my spare room (half hour job tops). The cleaner came, took the money for parking, moved the boxes and did not do the rest of the clean. I mean - didn't touch ANYTHING. When I reported this the owner refused to send another cleaner and will not refund my money to me for the time the cleaner was not at the property (an hour and a half I have been over charged) They don't have a facebook page so you can't leave a review to a wider audience which is a shame. Maybe there is a reason that they don't want people to review publically.
