Our Friday night chippy tea. Fish is always good, nicely battered. Best fish and chips in the area..

I really don’t understand some of these other reviews. Easily the best fish and chips I’ve had around Warrington. Keep up the good work guys

Very tasty cod, plenty of chips in large portions. Always a queue but service is fast.

Not a good customer experience. Older foreign lady serving me had no smile or warmth at all. The chips and mushy peas served together were just about edible. Not nice at all. Had a pie as well which as its bought in was nice. This chippy has no competition in the area. If it did, it would struggle for sure.

First time I've been here and it wasn't that great. The donner meat was dry and rubbery, as though it had been sat there a while. There was some salad on the kebabs but no tomatoes. The chicken burger was tasty but it looked like it was thrown together. Onion rings were hot and tasty. Curry sauce was nice but we had nothing to put it on a the chips I'd paid for weren't in the bag.

Has really gone down hill. Fish was dry and horrible tasting, we both didn't eat it. This used to be a fantastic fish n chips, such a shame for the village.

Ordered 3 small chips and 2 large. Got home only 3 very small chips. Couldn't ring them as number does not work. Spent over £35 with them and ended up having to go to another chippy to get more chips. Not acceptable.

WOW, I went for my tea/evening meal. The place was clean and the staff were nice but the portion size is shocking. Ordered a large donner meat and chips. Dont bother. Far better value at captains table on Padgate Lane.

When you're charging almost eight pounds for a pudding dinner, it's a good idea to make sure chips are cooked properly and it's not covered in rock hard peas. Fish cake tasted raw too. All ended up in bin.
