   I booked a regular deep house clean based on the company’s advertised price, but the experience was disappointing. When the cleaners arrived, they added unexpected charges for basic tasks that should be included in any deep clean. Even after paying £250, the quality was poor — skirting boards weren’t cleaned, furniture wasn’t moved, and several areas were left visibly dusty. As a customer, I felt misled and overcharged. I wouldn’t use this service again.

   I booked a cleaning service based on the advertised pricing and description, but the experience fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, the cleaners informed me of extra charges for tasks that should be standard in a deep clean — such as cleaning behind the bed, wiping the microwave, skirting boards, and even the oven. None of these additional fees were made clear beforehand. Despite paying £220 for a deep clean, the work delivered was unacceptable. The skirting boards were untouched, furniture was not moved, areas behind the bed were left dirty, and there was still visible dust and debris around easily accessible furniture. The service was overpriced, misleading, and not completed to a professional standard. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

   I was quoted one price online but charged much more when the cleaners arrived, including extra fees for basic tasks. After the job was done, I checked the house and found those areas hadn’t been cleaned at all — furniture wasn’t moved, and dust was still visible. Very poor value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend this company.

   I booked a cleaning service based on the prices and description shown in the company’s advertisement, but the experience was very disappointing. Once the cleaners arrived, I was suddenly told there were additional charges for basic tasks that should be included in a standard clean — things like cleaning behind the bed, wiping the microwave, and cleaning the skirting boards. None of this was mentioned clearly beforehand. And not to mention the oven, I PAID FOR A BLOOMIN DEEP DEEP CLEAN BEARING IN MIND. £280!! Even after paying the higher price, the quality of the clean was not acceptable. When I inspected the property afterwards, the skirting boards had not been cleaned, furniture had not been moved at all, and areas behind the bed were untouched. Even the furniture that was easy to access still had visible dust and dirt around it. Overall, I feel the service was overpriced, misleading, and not carried out to a professional standard. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

   Hetty Keeps clean was recommended to us by local friends who rated their service and have been having regular cleans with them. We had our first deep clean today and it did not disappoint. They were thoroughly professional and made out house look shiny and new! Have planned a regular clean with them going forwards. Lovely people and professional service. Would definitely recommend!
