   Replied to their text to cancel the service. Cleaner still turned up. Been trying to call them for ages nobody answers the phone. "Press option 2 for a quote" - Im sorry thats an invalid option. Not a good start. Only giving 2 stars because the clean was good but service is terrible Update - my bad there isn't an option 2 and the fee was waived but I did still receive a text after the call with an invoice. Please ensure it is waived. I have amended my rating

   One of the worst window cleaners Please be aware of them. I don’t know what they clean with, but it makes no difference the dirt are still left on windows and they just good at robing you off. Every time they said they cleaned my windows it made no difference the dirty were very visible. Don’t waste your money on them.

   I’ve been very pleased with the company and it’s service. They inform when they are coming, and then they come when they say they will. The service itself is exactly what you want - efficient, thorough and professional. They are easy to pay online as well so that’s saved yet more hassle I’ve had with other window cleaners in the past. I’d highly recommend them.
