   Charlotte has just helped my friend Robert. She has done a wonderful job going above and beyond what was expected. She helped him when he was unwell and phoned for help. She was really approachable and friendly. I would recommend her and give 10 stars if possible ⭐

   Jade came to my house today and she did a fantastic deep clean of the house. Felt at ease with her straight away. Charlotte has been really easy to communicate with and is happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

   Charlotte and her girls would not clean homes where security cameras have been installed even though it clearly states on my front door and windows to notify of an indoor security camera with recording. She had the audacity to send me a message questioning why I got cameras in my rooms implying it was to watch her clean and do her job. As a Medical doctor, I am too busy for that. I will only review my recordings if there’s a need to. You do not need any permission to install security cameras in your private property. The day she cleaned mine after i installed my camera, I was away on holiday, I spoke to her through my camera, in a bid to make her feel at ease as she might have understandably been surprised walking in to see it, and frankly that was the last time i ever got involved with her doing her business around my flat, which she can attest to, not until another occasion when I got a notification whilst at work that my camera had been turned off. I subsequently called her for clarification and her reason was that she wanted to use that wall socket even though there was clearly a free one next to it. Questioning me about the choice i make for my safety is utterly ridiculous. You have no idea what people’s previous experiences have been, so if the way they choose to protect their households is with cameras, then so be it. Cameras are commonplace in homes these days, so this is a policy that is going to impact your business and you may wish to consider reviewing. In response to your reply charlotte- you claim you have never met me?? How then did you start cleaning at mine- after our initial chat, we scheduled a meeting where you came to mine, and I showed you around and then handed over a key to you to keep. I work, and in a very busy profession as well so I really do not understand what you mean by you don’t meet me when you come to clean on a Thursday morning- out and about doing my business of course. I will reiterate, I do not owe you or anyone an explanation to have a camera in MY own property. There are signage on my front door and windows to say security camera is in my flat. I installed the initial camera in the hallway, and couldn’t install the others because I had to buy some parts for it hence why they were not all installed at once. Saying every week you came in there was a new camera is untrue and quite pathetic, and you know this. My cameras were installed on 2 occasions. It is more ridiculous that I am having to explain or justify myself to you. In case you do not know how these security cameras work, you do not ‘set it to record’, it automatically does so. I hope you have asked the other commercial places you clean not to record you as well. It is quite shameful that you would rather not reflect on your policy but still go on to question my decision to install cameras in my OWN property. I terminated your contract because your message explicitly said you were not comfortable to work where there were cameras - this tells me all I need to know. Good luck to you.

   We had a deep clean done today! The two ladies have done an absolutely amazing job on our house, It looks spotless and smells wonderful. Both ladies were super efficient and thorough with each area they cleaned. Definitely worth every penny! We would definitely recommend if you want an amazing job doing without breaking the bank! Will be calling back for sure. Thank you to the ladies for their hard work certainly paid off.

   I hired Charlotte to do a deep clean of my house as I had got behind with the cleaning. Charlotte and her colleague were on time, very professional and did a wonderful job of cleaning the house! It looks and smells amazing. It also didn’t take them long at all. I would highly recommend for a general or deep clean.

   Very good service - fast reply, available quickly, did a really efficient and thorough job deep cleaning the whole house in a relatively short time (and similarly good job on subsequent "standard" cleans), supplied all own materials, no fuss or difficulty at all, easy to deal with, very impressed!

   Booked in for a deep clean of our whole house, Charlotte was very professional, easy to get along with and turned up bang on time. The house was immaculate by the time she had finished, her attention to detail is second to none and every room smells amazing too! We were so impressed that we are now booking in for a regular general clean. We have had other cleaners in the past and they in no way compare to Cleaning Services By Charlotte, will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
