Andrew and Gaynor are such lovely people, and have done an amazing job cleaning our stairs carpet and sofa. This is their second visit to our home and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Our sofa looks new again and smells lovely.

The results of all their professional work far exceeded my expectations & I am over the moon with the results! The hallway smells and looks so fresh now! Great service from Carpet Monsters - Andrew and Gaynor were a pleasure to have at the house and they did an amazing job. A couple of stains didn't come all the way out first time round so they offered to come back a couple of days later to re-do them free of charge and no problems asked. Top class service and wouldn't hesitate to use them or reccomend them, thank you.
Can't recommend enough! Excellent friendly and professional service. I had my grubby stairs and landing carpet cleaned and am delighted with the results as they now look as good as new. The service we have received from this company is absolutely amazing! I had my king size mattress cleaned and there was not a single stain left on it. I also had two stools cleaned and the end results for both of them were phenomenal. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be calling you back when my carpets need cleaning. Couldn't recommend enough, really helpful on the phone when I asked lots of questions, booked them in to do my mums carpets. They were very friendly, professional, made my mum feel comfortable and at ease. Even talked/showed her what they were doing. Carpets fresh and smelt lovely when done, few stains from dog also gone Thank you
Had 2 absolutely filthy rugs, so we called Andy and Gaynor, they did an amazing job on cleaning the rugs considering how badly soiled they were before, now they look brand new as if they have just been bought, Andy and Gaynor are extremely professional and really really friendly,I highly recommend them and I will be passing there details to all my friends and family
