   First clean and I am very happy. Lovely to look out of the windows which are so clean. Have not been cleaned on the outside for.months, so was worried there would be streaks, but no streaks and they are much better than I could done them. Thank you Preen and Clean.

   Had the worst experience ever, wasn't going to even leave a bad review but they have the audacity to send me a bill for £8 for a job that cost £12 and only half the job was done with such a headache. First clean they came, my bathroom window was left with a full spiders nest on it and pigeon poo. I called in, they were nice enough to send the cleaner back. He came, I paid. A couple of days later a cleaner came again, rang me to ask me how to get to my back garden. I was confused explained that the cleaner had returned on the same day. Clear miscommunication within the company. Couple of weeks later had a message about an outstanding fee, however I had paid the first cleaner in cash again no communication with head office clearly. The second clean a month later they came only cleaned my front windows, came earlier than the time I was given, received no call to say they didn't know how to get to the back garden, although it should have been in the notes, but it was later bought to my attention that no note had been made. I rang in told them my back windows have not been cleaned, explained the situation of entering the back garden asked for the 3rd time for it to be noted. Received a message the next day the a window cleaner will come midday, no one came, was given an update two hours and a half after the time the cleaner was meant to come, about a cancellation. At this stage I was fed up, rang in, I told them i want to cancel, the person who answered, with no apology, and a bit of a snigger in her voice agreed and I was told it was cancelled. You'd think that was the end of it, but nooo. But a few days later I received a bill for £12 for a job half done and a day of my wasted. Once again I rang in, received a call back from a nice lady called Louise, I explained my situation and how I have been messed around and my time been wasted. I don't see why I should pay the full price for half a job. She agreed and I told her I was willing to pay half , however for the inconvenience I shouldn't have to pay at all. But she agreed she'll talk to whomever sorts out the payment. The blooming cheek of them sent me a bill for £8 for half a job. This is about principle, I will not be giving money for this rubbish service.

   Service was great - the guy who came gave me all the information and a contact number to call if I was unhappy with the clean. Very professional and friendly. There were a few streaks as it was the first wash -- this is expected to clear up after a couple more washes. Thanks Team!
