   Tony and everyone at Ward Hygiene are excellent. They provide excellent and a wide range of products at competitive prices. We get a phone call every Thursday from Tony, as they deliver in our area on a Friday, asking if we need anything for tomorrow. There is no minimum order size and while we try to plan our orders so we are ordering a number of items at a time, if I need something, they deliver it the very next day. I can't recommend Ward Hygiene highly enough.

   Greedy. Jumped on the price gouging bandwagon selling hand gel at 3-4x its market value. We understand supply and demand and had no choice than to buy it... However, when paying considerably over the odds, you at least expect reasonable service and delivery within a reasonable time frame. Advertised 7 day delivery actually took 17 days. Chased multiple times to be given sob stories about how busy they were and how it wasn't their fault. Their suppliers were letting them down etc... Very disappointing experience. My advice is to only sell product that you have in stock (or at least ready to sell!) I do not recommend using this company when there is any element of pressure or date requirement for your order - they will simply put their own financial gain before your experience.

   Rang last Friday as someone mentioned they had hand sanitiser in stock. Was told to call, and managed to order over the phone for the inflated price of £85 for 5ltr (outrageous). Was given bank details over the phone, but asked for an invoice. Was told this would need to be sorted Monday. Heard nothing so called back Monday to chase, and was told they were out of stock. Told them I'd ordered Friday so should have some held, and was told someone would call me back. No one did, tried calling, emailing and submitting an enquiry form but no response. Poor customer service and should be ashamed for selling products at an inflated price at a time kindness is key. Avoid.
