I'm a brand new customer. I'm very impressed that Preen & Clean use hot soapy water for the first few washes as & my sills & frames look sparkly clean as does the glass. They text me the day before, therefore I knew to expect them & leave a gate unlocked. They took good care whilst on my property & did a thorough job, obviously taking pride in their work. I'm hopeful this will continue. I can highly recommend Preen & Clean.
Earlier this year, my mum had her windows cleaned by Preen and Clean for the first time. Unfortunately, the results were very poor. The windows were left streaky and still dirty. My Dad had to clean them himself afterwards, which defeats the purpose of paying for a professional service. She reached out to the company to raise her concerns but didn’t hear anything back. That is, until they got in touch only to chase payment. Even then, communication was sparse and unhelpful. Now, five months later, she’s received a threatening letter warning of court action over £21. This is completely unacceptable, especially after receiving such poor service and being ignored when she tried to resolve the issue. Out of sheer worry, she paid the £21 — only for Preen and Clean to later claim that doing so was “a mistake.” This level of disorganisation and intimidation over a small amount, after failing to provide a decent service in the first place, is shameful. Shame on you.
I’m not the happy with the service. They gave me a date range they will show up but never did. I wanted to be around when they first showed up so I kept waiting and they keep shifting the date to almost a month to the time they said they will come. I called to cancel but no one picked one. I was told to drop a message which I did and was promised someone will get back to me but no one did. Now I’m getting another text they are coming to clean my place. I have called to cancel again for the second time but no one is picking up. Please know that if you come to clean the property in my absence, you get a dime from me. Are you intentionally doing this to get customers to pay even if they want to cancel? If so, it’s dubious.
Had my windows done and they did a brilliant job. Sparkling and streak free.. highly recommended
The quality of the wash was questionable at both properties we requested it. I am now trying to cancel their services and conveniently nobody is picking up after having tried maaany times and left them a voice mail too.
Always thorough and professional and are way better then the previous company I used to use. Would highly recommend them to anyone and a fair price too. Spot on
Very good service from Preen and Clean, no one else was interested in coming to a house near Pateley Bridge. Preen and Clean ( Operative Dan) was 1st class. Would recommend.
Very happy with the clean, and they also cleaned window frames and sills which I found some other window cleaners don't do. I also like how easy it is to book services online and being notified the day before their visit.
