   They tried to return for a second visit after my first free clean, even though I never requested it and was not informed it was a rolling service. After I pointed out my legal rights, they dropped the charge for this. Even after two visits, the windows were not clean. In fact they were worse in some ways, with the dirt smudged all over the windows rather than just a foggy build-up.

   The cleaners are very lovely and friendly. The company as a whole has been very accommodating to our needs as we have a night worker and therefore were happy to clean a little bit later in the day when we requested. Afterwards our windows are clean including our window sills and door. Couldn’t ask for a better window company! Very generous too.

   Overall pleased but the reliability of the service has been very mixed with four occasions of a 'no show' . Repeated missing of some windows which has resulted in us agreeing that on the occasions when my skylights are missed I pay a reduced charge. I would rather pay the full price and have all my windows cleaned on each visit.

   Having read other reviews and from my experiences with this company, it seems that they will continue to do your windows after the first free clean, whether you contact them or not. They will then expect payment and send numerous reminders/ threats of debt collectors. Only paid £15 in a 5 bedroom property. They charged £19.50 for a three bedroom house.

   The window cleaner was at a neighbour's house. Before starting on the windows, the cleaner left quite a bit of plastic & rubber on the road, which the neighbour had to go pick up. Pretty unprofessional

   They just pressure spray windows. Sills are not wiped meaning they dont get clean. I had an open packet of cigarettes in an ashtray on my windowsill and they just sprayed right over them ruining the packet it would have taken 10 seconds to move them first. I sent a picture to their so-called customer service and got a reply back saying they talked to the operative and he didn't see a packet of cigarettes and that was it. Use them at your peril!
