   When this company took over my contract, their polished image gave me hope — that disappeared fast. The induction was chaotic, the training a mess, and any effort to contribute was ignored. Communication is dismissive, support is nonexistent, and staff are treated like an afterthought. I can see exactly why their staff reviews are so low on Indeed. Their public image might shine, but working for them is the complete opposite. Steer well clear.

   I was a cleaning supervisor for 4 year them became cleaning manager cleaning at morrison I have now stepped back down due to ongoing family/life issues but couldn't thank Tracy,John,raf and Rob enough always had me in to make sure I was alright always there when need a bit of support or guidance, they do a great job for nic services they are definitely a asset to the company

   Charge their own staff via premium rate telephone numbers to contact head office. High turnover of staff no respect for employees, take advantage of people with learning difficulties. Absolutely terrible company. The worst employer in the cleaning industry. Force employees to work 6 days per week just for 16 hours.

   I have been with NIC Service Group for 6 months as an Area Manager within the Sainsburys / Argos contract. Coming from a company where I had been for 10+ years I was very cautious due to some of the negative reviews. HOWEVER it was very quickly evident that these negative reviews were completely incorrect. The company is an excellent place for passionate and dedicated individuals that take pride in what they do. There are so many avenues of progression and different types of contracts you can get involved in and you always have a point of contact that is willing to support where possible.
