   100% recommended, top trusted gent. came and did halls, stairs and 2 bedrooms for more than a reasonable price. I feel he has undersold himself at the price he I was charged. I feel he went above and beyond to get all the bad stains up. The carpets have been down for 8 years and now I feel they will be down for alot more. 100% use again and 100% recommend to everyone!!

   I enquired about an upholstery cleaning for our sofa and Scott gave me a call back and explained how he could help us.    Great guy! happy to help with any carpet related query, told us honestly about our carpets and recommended the best way to clean them, I rung due to my dog having an accident, he got back to me in minutes and he even offered to do it the same day which I thought was amazing, priced so well and local so we will definitely be using this service again! 100% recommend

   What a guy Scott is, he came to our house at very short notice to clean 2 carpets which have only been down 6 months but due to having an American Akita who sheds a lot, they have become discoloured quite rapidly. Scott advised on what the end result would be (which he initially thought would be 60/70% better) but with his professional kit and a dedicated view to getting the carpets clean they have actually come up like brand new! Scott is a Very knowledgeable chap who's heart is in the job, that all becomes apparent within a few minutes of meeting him and listening to his advice. Very pleased with the job and end result, going to be tiling our house in the next few years as carpets (and the carpet colour) probably weren't the best choice with a large dog but we will be using scott frequently until we change. 5* hugely recommended!
