Angie is such a fantastic coach! Working with her has been incredible. I always left sessions feeling refreshed and mentally clearer. I am so grateful for the way she guided me through each session; her questions were insightful, and she always helped me heal my emotions in a manageable way. After sessions, I continued to heal and grow in beautiful ways. Angie’s exercises are also particularly helpful, and the way she guided meditations is extremely effective. If you’re looking for a fantastic coach who also incorporates the somatic side, definitely get in touch with Angie!

Despite the usual swimming lessons at school, I had reached my 60’s without being confident around water, and remained unable to swim. Once I’d decided to do something about it, I was put in touch with Angie, who talked me through my experiences and suggested a plan to help me. Working at my own pace, with calm, patient encouragement, Angie has built up the trust I needed to overcome decades of ingrained and genuine fear of water. Her gentle praise, tireless coaxing and coaching, have gradually empowered me to begin to swim a few independent strokes, with Angie always close by to ensure I’m safe. I am convinced that I will continue to build on this and will soon swim with confidence, something I would have once thought impossible. I have a real sense of achievement at how far I have come, which is entirely as a result of the quality of Angie's instruction and assistance.

Angie and I met when I wanted to restart swimming again and be confident in the water. I learnt to swim in my 20s and then 20 years later still never go on my own. Whilst I loved being in water it turned out I had my own fears from my own upbringing, that manifests itself in other ways that affected my swimming. For example, when floating, I was scared of the water not supporting me and therefore not really embracing swimming as an enjoyable activity and being quite rigid when moving. Angie's aquaphopia techniques help me use visualisation to help me with getting over my fears and getting started in the water and trusting it and my own abilities, in addition to this she helps by giving time to not set of from the pool side in a sense of fear, she lets me, take the time to use breathing techniques to calm the fear down. I have come along now, I do go to the pool on my own, still progressing in the right direction. Thanks Angie
