    Came unannounced several times, climbed over our back garden gate when we weren’t in because they didn’t tell us in advance they weren’t coming. Windows cleaned fine but I don’t like the fact they climbed over our fence so we cancelled and they still came and climbed over our gate a further two times!! Other times they claimed they came when they clearly didn’t (we have security cameras) - do not trust this company, they are unprofessional and untrustworthy

    vandalized garden gate to gain access. I have used their service for 5/6 times. work wise they are ok but not professional. they just enter in the garden without knocking/ringing bell on the main door. today they broke the garden door.
