    Doesn’t even receive a rating at this point. BT please fix your payment issue because our broadband uses you and you really think we are paying £106.34 every month for just WiFi. Hell, I could pay for a hotel and other expenses in a day with that money you are taxing us. I swear EE have better prices. And also the phones we received from you crash every month and you “QUOTE” “They are the top of the range of the phones”. Your staff are actually pleasant people to help us with and they are getting tired with us calling them to help us fix the phones. So please please please fix the pricing to cheaper prices because I know other people are only paying £30-70 for broadband and phone prices.

    Your service disgusted me. We are loyal BT customers. But look what you've done to us. 43 days without proper WiFi while I'm full time remote worker. You cancelled the Engineer visit multiple times and left us with empty promise. After so many days delay, you told us you still can't install our WiFi due to OpenReach strike. You could have told us much earlier and we will switch to someone else. After 43 days waiting, we switched to Virgin and it's only 2 days waiting. Your cost center manager promised us the minihub won't be disconnected until end of this week. Guess what. It's ceased on Thursday morning without warning! Phoned the cost centre and been told there is nothing you can do. Then what I had today is an accident on the way to Library to get WiFi and in the end been sent to A&E. Good on you. I AM DONE WITH BT!!!!!

    A BT Flagship building and location. No general public access; houses BT lines of businesses. To Google it's location, look for Pitt Row. Parking is limited so consider the train station 200m away. Cash machine and cafe on site. Primary use BT BT employees. An accessible building and Facilities.
