The instructors in the pool are amazing. John is the best! Unfortunately, the management/admin/customer care are really poor. No clear T&Cs for when there are unplanned pool closures (you have to wait ‘til you leave and then it gets credited in extra lessons AFTER notice period). Unfair process for giving notice and leaving the programme - all about the money. Shame, because the guys in the pool are great!
