Good staff, just a shame they have to try to implament a system that doesn't really work.... Not broken before DCLT. Now you have Swimmer's out of there depth stood on blocks holding a rope, that is then removed 5mins before lessons finished to get the next SESSIONS started.... Where is the health and safety of the lesser swimmers. The instructors are put under a lot of pressure to then have to watch all the swimmers. Lifeguards you may have, but you have put profit over the SAFETY OF YOUR USERS....
