Booked an end of tenancy clean at my property. Turned up at 3:30pm instead of 11am, then had the cheek to say we had to rush to get it done to be at another job for 5pm. Yes thats a full house clean and carpet steam in 1 hour :/ Cassandra told me she had signed off the rooms as cleaned…all they had done was vacuum the carpets, I was speechless at the state they had left it in, when I rang to complain, Cassandra was confrontational on the phone until i sent pictures accross on whatsapp. They sent 2 different ladies the next day who spent 4 hours at the property, these ladies put the effort in but once again on inspection it wasnt great. They claim to be professional cleaners but I could have done the same job they did in half the time with basic cleaning products.
Have used these guys for the past couple of years for regular domestic house cleaning and also end of tenancy cleaning for my son - who now also has regular cleaning by them. They are great. Lovely to come home to a nice clean house and not have to worry about it when you work long hours. Great bunch of people too. Would highly recommend.
I used Cleen-Bees to give my kitchen and bathroom a deep clean on Leeds Dock. They were very efficient and friendly and the flat is looking cleaner than when we moved in.
We have recently used Cleen-Bees for the first time to do an oven clean and a top to bottom kitchen clean at our house. The oven looked just like new again and the kitchen was spotless. The two ladies that came to do the job were absolutely brilliant. This was a one off clean but having seen just how good Cleen-Bees are at the job they do, I think they will be coming back again very soon. Had Cassie and one of her team come and do a "blitz" clean on our house a few weeks ago. They worked so hard, quickly and efficiently and the house looked and felt amazing at the end.
