   Came back quickly with a quote which I agreed to. However I then had to chase 3 times to set up a date. This was a concerning start but I wanted to give Fay the benefit of the doubt. On the third time she responded and we agreed a time for the next week. I texted her the day before to ask if she wanted cash or bank transfer and got no response. The next day she just didn't turn up. Answered her phone the first time but then buttoned me. Then I just got answerphone and no replies to texts. I am disabled and had been relying on her to help get the house clean for visitors that weekend and she let me down without so much as an apology. I would have understood if there had been an explanation or apology, we all have lives. But I got nothing. Completely unprofessional. Thanks a lot for screwing me over Fay. Should have trusted my instinct rather than given you a chance.

   Fay has been cleaning our holiday cottages at Castle House Farm for a few months now. She is always on time, and does a brilliant job of keeping the cottages clean to the 4 star gold award winning standards we need. Would highly recommend.

She’s always friendly and cheerful, happy to work around the routine of my disabled son and adores my huge bouncy dogs - this is a bonus as some cleaners would be put off by the chaos in my house but she cheerfully embraces it and carries on regardless!
