Price was agreed before cleaner arrived. Quoted based on 4 hours work. Worked at slugs pace and ended up having to do an extra half hour which I was charged for. I paid £50 for an absolutley horrendous service. I say this with no malice or disrespect but Dawn truly is no where near a professional standard when it comes to cleaning. Put it this way I am a man and I can do a better job which is what I had to do once she had left. Stay clear.
