   Twinkle House has provided a service unlike any other provider within the area. It is a valuable facility for those with complex needs and for the past few years it’s been vital in helping my daughter Kayla through her recovery post-op. It has helped considerably in terms of loosening her muscles, reducing spasms and making her much more relaxed. It has been hugely beneficial to us parents also who have had to do much heavy lifting at home, in the absence of a hoist system. The people that really make this place magical are John, Hannah, Chloe, Jay, Cam and co, whose professionalism, warm nature and hard work make them a real asset to the company. I hope Twinkle House has many more years ahead and wish everyone involved the very best during what is a very difficult time for them financially.

   Twinkle House is an amazing place for children and adults. You come away from the place feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Staff are amazing people, kind, considerate, understanding and have great community spirit. My Son really enjoys it and I love it here too. I highly recommend the place to anyone who has additional needs

   Booked the large sensory room, it is absolutely brilliant. The centre is a fantastic resource, the staff were really welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely time with our baby. Highly recommend!

   Great place to come friendly staff, although could not make it the weekend gone as my two children who are 2/3 both autistic and do not speak both had melt downs and we could not attend, cost me £60 to be told they couldn’t rebook as we didn’t give 24 hours notice, anyone with kids like mine knows meltdowns do not happen in advance of events planned. Was told they are trying to run a charity, that’s fair enough, but I’m not a charity and I don’t work 12 plus hours overtime on top of my 38 hour week a month to treat my kids to days out, to struggle paying bills with the currant climate to be told that. Sorry won’t be attending again, disappointed massively. I wasn’t asking to rebook anytime, just fit us in when there wasn’t a booking. Non profit organisation… lol.
