We are very pleased with our order. Good quality and lovely friendly staff I spoke to on the phone. Only giving a four star instead of a five as delivery let them down as it was meant to be with me Wednesday and I got in Friday and I had to keep calling. All in all very happy though.

Brilliant customer service. If there is an issue with your order you can be confident it will be promptly resolved instead of ignored as is the case with so many other companies. The products are well made too. My only query would be the rather excessive delivery prices
Ordered an IBC and was damaged in transit. Rang Kingfisher to explain what had happened. Next day a new one arrived! To say I was impressed. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would use this company again.
The customer service from Direct Water Tanks I received was perfect, I had a small issue with a tank that was supplied, I simply contacted them directly, a pick up and drop off for a new tank was sorted within the week. Overall a seamless transaction and I would highly recommend them. Plus they were the most competitive on price and shipping.
I ordered a water tank online, which had a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. The tank arrived less than a week later, well packaged, in excellent condition and was of excellent quality. The tank was far thicker and stronger than I imagined it would be for the price. The courier was great also, hid it at the front of my house as requested and gave me a courtesy call to let me know. I would definitely order from them again.
I have used these guys twice now and both times have delivered before there date stated. This last delivery I was quoted 2 to 3 weeks as I wanted fusion fittings added and to my surprise it was delivered In 6 day's you can't ask better service than that. very good communication from Ryan.
