Great place to walk the dog plenty of open space. Good place for kids with plenty of space to ride bikes, play football and lots of playpark equipment, larger kids assault course around the park and gym equipment. Paths along the river devon, bridge to The Queens Sconce with cannon sculpture. A nice cafe for a proper mug of tea and cakes.

Love the Scounce and Devon Park. Big grassed field, playground, cafe with outside area, tidy around. Great place for walking, running, cycling, playing on the field, flying kites and more. Will not tell you all about it; it's best if you visit and enjoy it.

A really beautiful place to visit, especially with young kids. The park is clean, well-maintained, and has a lovely atmosphere. Thereβs plenty of open space for children to run around and enjoy nature. Restrooms are conveniently located nearby, which is a big plus for families. Definitely a great spot for a relaxing day out!

Great for walking the dog, letting kids run crazy, cafe, ice creams . What more could you ask for. An update to previous review. There are new paths in place to help those with disability or parents with prams. They have cleaned around tree feature too so you can take a rest if you like.

We enjoy a family day out here. Big open field and a good play area for kids. There's a cafe and toilets and lots of dogs on their walks. We tend to have a wander around the park and then walk along the river to the marine to look at all the boats. My son really enjoys it.

Nice enough but a bit oversold in the guide book. There is plenty of space to have a roam around. Plenty of people walking dogs and a busy little play park for the kids. The Queens Sconce is worth a visit to see the earth works. A wee bit underwhelming.
