   Went in today looking to buy 2 3-piece suits. Two ladies behind counter, (wasn't busy at all). As I'm tall and ALL of the sizes were regular, I asked the ladies if they had any other sizes in the back, to which one of them replied "probably not".. I obviously don't need to go into why that reply is inappropriate, but as a suggestion, maybe the lady could have said "what are you looking for exactly, let me help and I'll see if I can arrange a delivery for you, or I can see the stock in others stores if you need it today?".. They were more interested in chatting to eachother than helping a customer who was just about to spend a few hundred quid with them. I paid £570 for 2 suits down the road in 'Bridgewater Menswear' instead.

   Went in today around 4.15 ish as needed a few bits and was running late, was talking to Abbie who works at the Colne branch and she was amazing was extremely helpful and a joy to talk to did not rush me with running late and a good laugh excellent service from Abbie.

   Fantastic customer service off both ladies in the mens department upstairs. Sarah L. who served me went above and beyond her duties in order to help me try to purchase some aftershave that is now discontinued. She checked in the back, rang other stores and checked on-line for me. Sarah, I hope you realise how important you are to the Company. Well done you!!!
