   I visited here today and what a lovely experience lots of beautiful underwear to choose from. The lady who saw me today made me feel completely at ease and I couldn't believe with the knowledge and experience she had. You could definitely tell been in the right bra makes a huge difference i was put in some fabulous bras and wow what a difference the colours and patterns are stunning I felt a million dollars when I left cant wait for all my future purchases Thankyou Ria

   Fabulous place. Welcoming and warm. Different bras to choose from and good deals. They can take a look at ur boobs and know the size right away they are that good. I would recomend going to see how u feel. Great atmosphere and private.

   This shop was amazing. I walked in and straight away Carrie knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable right from the get go. There was no messing around and she knew my size what I needed and exactly what would suit me. It was like a bra genius. Would recommend everyone to get fitted and buy, I wanted to pay her just for her knowledge and time!

   These people are pretty good at sizing bras. Unfortunately they are terrible at running a business, terrible at keeping you updated and really really rude. I went in during July knowing that I had changed sizes. I can back up previous reviews about them being scathing about your current bras and all other bra vendors and being very mysterious about prices. Also manhandling you unnecessarily and telling you you will get breast fungus if you wear the wrong size ?! I knew in advance they would be expensive and was prepared to pay, I checked the prices against online bras and they were slightly more expensive so I felt that it would be okay as I was compensating them for the time spent measuring. However I had no idea that getting involved with them was going to be a six month commitment to extract the bras that I bought that day, which I eventually got the last one of in December (having been promised the first two were currently in stock and the last one would be ordered 1st August to arrive mid August). During this time they've been unfailingly rude and patronising, lost my order at least once, given me the wrong size once, meanwhile the bras which were only a few pounds more expensive are now in the sale and I could have bought them for half the price. They lie about the dates they originally gave you and then claim it's all down to the manufacturer. They complain that you're impatient if you ask for an update. In the end I just demanded a refund for the last outstanding wrongly sized item which did not match the size on the receipt but apparently was my fault too. Nothing is ever their fault, they don't listen to you or write things down correctly (I have literally had to reach over and correct my name despite spelling it for them), and their handwritten systems are archaic. As they won't actually give you your order without the paper receipt and their order book makes no sense (no computers here) you have to guard the dratted thing like a dragon. Their opening times are highly inconvenient and they also don't stick to them either, regularly closing early on a whim. Went in for a birthday treat, had 6 months of hell. I do have some (very expensive) nice bras but I highly recommend just going online where I can buy the same bras for cheaper, arriving quicker and without the added aggravation. I don't know who their dream customer is, given that they specialise neither in customer service nor in quick efficient service but I was clearly not it. You're probably not it either unless you're rich with nothing better to do with your time than wait around. Do yourself a favour and give the whole thing a miss. Figleaves have the same stuff.

   I took my 82 year old Mum after a mastectomy for a proper fitting with her prosthetics. After Cancer my Mother was low in mood, however they made her feel so good about herself, explained what they do etc. Took her today for collection and fitted them for her. They have done an amazing job at restoring my Mothers confidence and look, I cannot thank you enough. Amazing staff & Shop.

   Always excellent service, an amazing shop, the owner knows everything. The bras are expensive but she runs a 5 for 4 price offer spread over the year. The bras are beautiful and well worth the price for something so feminine. I have been going for 12 years.

   A terrible experience. After asking if the shop sold 28 back Bras I was told ‘no we don’t sell children’s bras’ That should have been my warning sign but as the owner offered to measure me I thought I should be open minded and did so. I foolishly purchased an £85 bra which didn’t fit and when I tried it on again in the privacy of my own home without being stood over it was blatantly obvious that it didn’t fit. I immediately rang up and was told ‘darling you know we don’t do refunds’. She did offer (after I pushed back) to order the bra in for me in the bigger sized cup but as the bra needed to be smaller in the back it made no difference. Having spoken to others this is not a unique situation, I think there’s many people too embarrassed to say they’ve felt pressured into buying badly fitted bras from this shop. Be warned.

   I have been recovering from a severe episode of anxiety and depression. As you can imagine I was very anxious about getting a bra fitted, but booked a fitting as a recovery treat. I was welcomed in with kindness and put totally at ease straight away by both Sally and Karine. I was given an excellent, professional service throughout and have returned since and will again in the future. The bra’s are so comfortable, look gorgeous and are definitely worth the price. Would 100% recommend!
