    I had a fantastic bra fitting here while visiting from Toronto, Canada. The store has an excellent selection and a really calm, welcoming atmosphere. My fitter, Etelvina, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy. As someone who is fuller-busted, it can be hard to find proper support, but she really understood what I needed and took the time to make sure everything fit correctly. I left with bras that fit beautifully and feel great to wear. The service here is outstanding and I would absolutely recommend this store, especially if you are booking with Etelvina.

    I bought a bra on the 7th Oct 25 in the Leeds store. The wire started poking out so I took it back to store. The manager Klaine was so condescending and rude and refused to exchange the bra. A bra that is only 4 weeks old should not do this. It is a faulty item. In comparison, I came out and spoke to someone in customer service on the phone who was so lovely and helpful she made me cry - in a good way. She promised to send me out a replacement, that is how customer service should work for a faulty item. I have shopped at Bravissimo since it opened. I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and make you feel amazing. I can remember getting my first bikini at age 40 because of an amazing sales assistant. I felt on top of the world. This is not the case in your Leeds store anymore. The manager there is really letting down your brand. She made me feel like I go home and poke the underwires out for fun! I will not be shopping in there in future only online. What a shame!

    I've used bravissimo for 10 years now and I love the brand and the Leeds branch, 2 stars for all the supporting staff who are absolutely wonderful, but a new manager has taken over and she is absolutely horrible. Miss-sized me with a bra that broke after 3 weeks, and refused to exchange another faulty bra for my mum and sent her away crying from how nasty she was (which after speaking to a bravissimo member online they refunded). Will still buy the bras online or at different branches but not again from Leeds

    Booked in for a bra fitting, the lady that was with me, Susan, 10/10 service from her. She made me feel very comfortable and confident. Very accommodating and helped me pick style and colours and find a bra that actually fits!

    I had the absolute pleasure of being assigned Hannah to do my bra fitting. She made me feel so confident and she was so so so so knowledgeable. I was so nervous going but she completely changed my perspective. I couldn’t recommend her and the shop anymore!!! Absolute fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend!

    I’ve always come to Bravissimo for my fittings. Unfortunately, a year ago I came to a fitting and was upset they were still using covid practise measuring. For a year I’ve had such discomfort from my sizing leaving me with red marks/sores from an ill fit. I went to Marks and Spencer’s the other day and they did a proper fit. Felt the band on my back and checked everything. Not just by sight like Bravissimo did. If Bravissimo are still using this way of fitting - please stop. You’ve given me a year of pain. As a customer If you notice they do, go to Marks and Spencer’s. Sorry, but unfortunately times have to change. Please return to the standards you held pre covid.

    A few months ago, I took my partner for new bra and to be measured up. She met Stacey, who was extremely helpful and supportive. I also met Susan who was professional in her approach. Overall, all the staff were brilliant and totally recommend anyone to bring their partner for a good selection of bras, fitting and decent prices!

    I went into the Leeds store for the first time today. I would like to thank all of you for such a warm and friendly welcome I would especially like to mention Miriam who helped me both with my fitting and finding of 4 new bra’s for me today. I came out with matching knickers too as she was so helpful!

    Called in after recommendation from a friend. Didn't have to wait for fitting. Finally got two bras that fit . Staff were lovely. Was served by klaire who couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you
