   Good communication and prompt, easy, service. Big difference on all windows which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for years before I moved in. I tried to text to arrange to get them to get rid of missed patches and streaks which advertised as part of the first-clean service but the SMS would not deliver so I’ll have to wait until next month.

   Booked to get my windows cleaned. Was told it will be completed from 11-21 of July.. this didn’t happen, called up to see what’s going on and was told yeah sorry we are running late we don’t know actually when we can do the windows but it will be soon… so I thought okay fair enough this stuff happens, few days later I was at work and have been sent an invoice saying the windows have been cleaned. Came home to see my windows in the exact same condition they was before I left, smeared and covered in bird poo…. I called up again and was told oh yeah after your first clean they may still be marks so we will rectify it… I said you’ve not done a first clean or even attempted it my windows are the same. At this point the woman lied and said they had only done the front as my gate was locked…. I don’t have a lock on my gate lol. I also have a camera on the front of my house in which no one had came. Brought this to her attention & suddenly they have cleaned the wrong house haha!! Anyway she then said we can do your windows for free for the inconvenience… at this point I’d had enough and just agreed with 0 hope what so ever. They did come and clean my windows or should I say dirty them. Again I’ve came home from work to see my window frames are covered in black (bare in mind they sent me a video advising on the first clean they do your door and frames) then looking at the windows at the front didn’t look too bad however they are covered in water mark drops everywhere like a dirty shower door. Gone to the back & my back window is covered In spider webs like it’s not been cleaned properly, bright white splashes of water everywhere like they have squirted soap and not bothered to wash it off, all the bird poo still stuck to all the windows at the back. Baring in mind this would be my third time complaining you would of thought they would wanna do a decent job but it seems more like they have took the piss out of me for even complaining in the first place.AVOID AT ALL COSTS- get a proper local window cleaner that doesn’t wanna try scam you out of a tenner & actually cleans your windows instead of making them look like they’ve been attacked with milk.

   If ever there were a place that is totally unable to comprehend the basic tenets of gutter, facia and soffit cleaning it would be this place. After consecutive attempts this outfit couldn’t quite figure out how to either remove residue from gutters or wipe down the necessary boxing which supports said guttering. In plain English they were God awful. They made multiple attempts to clean the facade of a modest detached home and failed miserably at each juncture. I’ve summarised their attempts below: 1. in a barnstorming hour their ‘technician’ failed to find the requisite skills to remove dirt from either ground (or possibly even 1st floor guttering) or locate the white facias or soffits to clean. He did however manage to locate my toilet and leave the window open all day whilst I was at work, leaving open the possibly of a house with a dirty facade being burgled in broad daylight. 2. Attempt number 2 consisted of the Assistant to the Regional Manager attempting to oversee a deeply corrective and redeeming clean. Alas, they failed. The result was neither clean nor corrective. In fact, the results bore little resemblance to a job well done. Ironically the gutters, soffits and facias remained in a state of untidiness. Please don’t use them. They were awful. Hopefully my supporting images which all feature the after shots of their ‘clean’ will convince you to use someone more deserving and diligent for your next clean.

   They do a lovely job with my windows doors and gutters always streek free too. Been with them for about a year now and there very good round my puppy that at first wondered what the brush was , but now she's fine with it , I wouldn't go with any one else and would recommend to all my friends and family ❤️ hope they have a merry Christmas

   Had Preen and Clean to clean my windows. Received text saying bank account details had changed. As soon as they were cleaned I paid my bill using online banking. I had checked with the window cleaner that the text was genuine he confirmed it was. Days after I received a text requesting I settle my account. I rang Ryhs on the mobile leaving a message. No call received. Thought it had been a misunderstanding and bill was clear. Received another more demanding text. Called Rhys again and left another message, still no reply. Another text received. Rang office answering machine as busy. I'm not leaving any more messages. You ring me. This has been paid.

   After nearly 2 years without a window cleaning service, due to Covid 19 our last window cleaner came for the last time in Dec 19, I had contacted many in the area during that time, after so many broken promises (most said they'd phone back to get more info, no one did), I phoned Preen + Clean and finally we have clean windows, I get a text the evening before advising they're coming next day. We'ew really pleased with the service. In addition to that, one bedroom and the bathroom window hadn't been cleaned for about 12 years, since our conservatory was built. They have now.    Have used Preen + Clean for several months now after they left a flyer. Very professional and do a great job. Craig was a regular for us for most visits and he is very friendly and always made sure all the windows had been thoroughly cleaned. He has moved in the company and Chris is our new regular, he has been doing a great job too. Rhys always tells us when Preen + Clean are coming and is quick to answer any questions we might have. Would very much recommend this company.

   Our last window cleaner was a little cheaper so we weren't sure at first but after the first visit from preen and clean we could see where the extra cost went, the last guy never cleaned the frames or doors, he gave the sills a wipe but these guys do the lot, they also let you know when they are calling (which I like). I'm not sure if its the hot water or extra elbow grease but my frames are looking brilliant
