   Fantastic service again. An older down jacket has been revitalised thanks to Elite - significantly better than a previous clean by the manufacturer. Elite even replaced the patch with a funky new one. I also had a duvet and down sleeping bag cleaned. I'm always stunned by the difference even though I've used them a few times now (not last time due to convenience but won't make that mistake again). Thanks again for such a quality service

   Fantastic cleaning job on my Mountain Equipment Down Jacket. It was filthy and covered in plaster dust following a house renovation and I’d more or less written it off. I sent it to Elite on a Thursday and it was back with me the following Tuesday looking brand new! I was kept updated throughout the process, which was very straightforward. I rarely write reviews but these guys deserve the plaudits! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

   I have a down filled ski jacket which was beginning to get a bit grubby and I was reluctant to try washing it myself as, from previous experience, I don’t think down is ever quite the same again after washing. I found Elite on a Google search and decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. Jeff kept me informed throughout and did a brilliant job on the jacket, it looks like new, and was so quick. Full marks! Would definitely use again.
