   Absolutely terrible service, Took a Blazer in To be Cleaned, When I got the blazer back, It was damaged, Absolutely stunk of stale urine and when brought back in Literal minutes later, They said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to email the manager who was allegedly on holiday, I tried to contact them for weeks, however nothing, When I went back in to discuss the matter, they denied that this would have happened and refused to refund. Absolutely disgraceful, Rude staff Terrible service.

   Sewed a missing button onto my jacket for free, and on a separate occasion managed to get the thing dry cleaned and looking like new in less than 24hrs. Probably the best £15 I have spent in a long while

   I had taken a ted baker jacket to be dry cleaned on the 13.07.24 and was expected to receive a message on the 20.07.24 for it to be ready for collection. I didn’t hear back from the company till the 31.07.24. It had a few stains on the jacket prior to being washed. When receiving the product back it looks like areas have been bleach or harsh chemicals being used due to the discolouration. When taking the jacket out of the protector bag, it was all creased at the back. I was still expected to pay the cleaning fee even though the jacket is ruined and no apologies given.

   K Kleen really got me out of the brown stuff. I had a funeral next day and realised that my suit had got paint on it. I went in and a lovely lady Kara said she would do her best and try and do it quickly for me. Well I was absolutely blown away when my suit was ready so quickly and all of the paint was magically gone. The price was unbeatable and all this takes place on the premises. Thank You so much for helping me so quickly x Would Recommend 10/10 for value, friendliness and speed
