Paul readjusted his working schedule to accommodate my urgent request before moving into my house. He is a friendly respectful, honest guy and did an amazing job. My house smells and looks so fresh and clean. He kindly recommended local places for me and my kids to visit. Absolutely brilliant guy. Responded immediately so I highly recommend.
Paul did an amazing job cleaning very tired looking cream carpets throughout the whole house - they look so much better now. Paul is also very friendly, easy to talk to, and understanding. 100% would recommend.
Just had Paul from Nice N Clean do the lounge carpet. After a break in the insurance insisted we get someone to attempt to clean the sofas and rug. Paul was so lovely and came out so quickly to try and help. His expert opinion made so much sense and he then wrote out a report for our insurance. Can't thank him enough for his help and only wish our insurance was as efficient

Both carpers cleaned are as filthy now as they was when he arrived, the only difference now is I also have yellow streaks down 1 carpet, no idea how, didn't even get any sort of clean smell when I walked back in from work, the carpets was soaked which is not usually the case. Very very disappointed considering his reviews. Won't use again, also spends more time talking than actually working
I recently had a serious accident and lost a lot of blood on stairs and landing carpet. I had a company clean it while I was in hospital and on returning home I was disappointed with the results carpet was still badly stained thought I would need a new carpet. I as Paul from Nice N Clean to look a give me his opinion, he was totally professional and cleaned the carpet I was amazed at the results stains have gone and looks like new. Was totally value for money and I can't thank him enough excellent service.
I used Paul to clean my sofa and armchair and his prices are excellent and the quality of work is to a very high standard. He turns up on time and gets to work and he don't stop till the work is done. He is friendly and trustworthy and puts you at ease as soon as you meet him. I telephoned Paul, in a panic, after having dark brown dye spilt on a cream carpet yesterday. All of my attempts to remove the stain had failed and this morning the stain was still not a lot better. Paul came out within 2 hours of me phoning him to assess the problem and, after some effort and skill on his part,, managed to remove the stain and clean the remaining carpet area. Fantastic result all done at, fortunately, short notice and done a few days before Christmas too. Highly delighted and will be using Paul's services again and definitely will be recommending him to everybody.
