    They came, I asked them to wait 10/15 mins as I was putting my daughter to sleep, I couldn’t open the door for them and I did tell them to message whilst they on the way. No message they on the way. They waited till 12 and at the same time I got downstairs to open the door they left. No they don’t answer my phone. The lady was friendly when I enquired. Today she seemed pissed as I have to work around my daughter aswell. Then whilst she was waiting I did tell her to start the job and she said she needs to see me first and payement should be done before the job which in a way is understandable. You always go into a job and they pay you at the end of the month anyways why ask payment from customers upfront if you don’t trust then coz they trusting you with cleaning the windows?

    The speed and accuracy that my windows were cleaned with makes George Formby wish he'd spent more time on the task at hand, instead of making up songs. If Old George had seen the professionalism of JB Window Cleaning, it would have inspired him to put down the ukulele and take this noble profession more seriously, thereby saving the then current and future generations of bleeding eardrums. If only George had witnessed the deft touch JB Window Cleaning has with a smattering of water and a long brush, George would have definitely found the gumption within himself to pick up his squeegy and scrim each day.
