   We needed a pre Christmas house clean and found Merry Maids Sheffield through Google. The online booking system was easy to use, with great communication throughout. We booked a 4 hour clean and the service was fantastic. They even took care of all the little details that previous cleaning services had missed without us needing to mention them. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Merry Maids

   Another excellent job done by Corinna and Leanne. I am unable to do my own 'housework' so Merry Maids were just what I was looking for. They have been doing a perfect job for the last year or so.    I originally chose Merry Maids because they pay staff at least minimum wage, holiday and sick pay. Two or three friendly staff visit together every time, so that absences are always covered. I look forward to Diane and Cheryl’s fortnightly visit and have been delighted with the quality of the work. The staff are not only well trained in carrying out domestic tasks but also, by the Alzheimer’s Society, in a compassionate approach to meeting any special needs of clients..

   They were here for only 2 hours for a deep clean. The house doesn’t look much different. I went around afterwards and noticed so much left untouched, staff were friendly though, but £325 for a light clean that was meant to be a deep cleaning service is daylight robbery. I will not be using them again. I’m not happy with the service received and I do not recommend their services for deep cleaning at least.

   I’ve had Merry Maids domestic cleaning for 3 years and been perfectly happy with their reliability, punctuality and service . I’m Postponing their work whilst substantial alterations are going on at home. Will be happy to have them back . Will miss my girls Nicole and Adele

   Had a knee op and wasn't able to keep up with cleaning for a while . Had them come once a week, always arrived on time with all the equipment and products they needed. Cleaners very nice ladies did a really good job to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

   Thank you for the agreement we set up to provide a regular clean for to my elderly parents home in Nether Edge. I live in Birmingham so it is comforting to know that their home is kept clean & tidy in between my visits. It's so nice to spend time with them when I come 'home' rather than having to clean up. My parents look forward to each time your staff visit. Bless you all.

   Maids do a 'surface level' clean. Bins wasnt emptied. There was no attempt to move items (i.e. Tea and coffee pot) to clean behind or under them. Maids had to be reminded to dust surfaces and clean mirror and fire place. Management are extreamly unproffessional and rude especially when these issues were raised. This is one of the more expensive companys; however, you dont get much for your money. Very disappointed and would not reccomend wasting the time or money with this company.
