Can't recommend UKWC. The cleaners' generator had broken down, and I had to plug in their unsafe electrical cable (exposed wire) to plug into the kitchen wall socket instead. They had to attend twice due to poor communication between head office and cleaners. Their vacuum cleaning didn't work on the top gutters, and they did a rush job by hand on the lower gutter. I did the lower gutter again myself because it was still full of mud. Top gutters were still full of grit, and I had to get another company out to clean them properly. UKWC didn't properly answer the complaint and still invoiced me for the shoddy work.
