It has always been shopping at co-op, the staff are friendly and willing to assist at every given time
Product availability is extremely poor – dozens of times I’ve left the store without the items I needed. I don’t know what’s going on, but the store’s management is clearly failing.
Never use these through just eat. What should of been 35 min wait was 1hr 15m and no delivery
I love Co-op. They sell all the things you need the prices aren't that bad. Lovely staff highly recommend
I've always had great experiences with the lovely staff and shopping here. Lovely fresh bread and treats for the kids, they always stock the basics along side newer products. They always have special offers too and its great that you can earn rewards for you and a good cause with the co-op card.
Staff always miserable. Never say please or thank-you. They make you feel so unwelcome.
Coop woodlands is absolutely rubbish!. So slow at serving! I only went in for strawberries and by the time i got to the till they were 3 days out of date Never prioritise the need for customer care as in... Ooow let me check if there is a que and i will jump on the till...naaa il carry on stacking bead and and crisps and let everyone wait! Due to the current situation all customers should be advised (not forced) to wear a mask or at least please remember for next time but the staff are either blind or are in desperate need of training. I am refering the the woodlands branch in doncaster. Some of the older staff need to understand how to speak to customers such as...dropping a receipt and making you try and guess where its going to land is not good enough! A smile once in a while will not get you in to trouble unless they all had botox and they cant! If you book a week off of work then you will be in luck, buying a loaf should only take you 3 days. These issues will be sorted as i am going to take it further...its been an ongoing issue for quite some time and its time for things to change!
Small, local and safe. A surprising range of produce offered at reasonable prices. The staff maintain a safe environment. Thank you
