Lisa always does a fantastic job every other week cleaning my house! It is always so lovely to come home knowing the house is going to be sparkling! Perfect if you have a busy work schedule to just help keep on top of the house work!
Shelley and David did an excellent and thorough job on my kitchen and bathroom deep clean. They were cheerful, friendly, and polite. I'm very satisfied with their service and will be looking to use House Fairies regularly in the future.
Although the cleaning was to a high standed we found that after the cleaner had been we was getting emails from the company saying that what the cleaner was doing was not a general clean it was a deep clean now picking things up from a teenagers floor ie a few cups , plates and a few wrappers then mopping the floor strikes me as a general clean mopping bathroom floor wiping the sink also a general clean and hoovering the stairs also a general clean . I didn’t ask for any windows cleaning which they didn’t any walls washing which they didn’t just a general clean to which I started paying the going rate then after Christmas they put it up £10 because they said it was because they had used extra clothes then they said it was now coming under a deep clean even though it was nowhere near like when they started cleaning in November so they asked to change it to a deep clean with two cleaners meaning I had to pay both cleaners for 2 hours every 4 weeks which came over £200 which I could not afford and I wasn’t able to have 1clean a month it had to be 2 because it was in the contract even though before I signed the contract they had a look and said it was no problem and they could clean . But now they have canceled the contract leaving me having to find someone else when I’m disabled.
We have found House Fairies to be friendly, flexible and professional. The manager, Shelley went out of her way to accommodate our request for a regular cleaner for my elderly Mum. The cleaner that she was allocated, Claire, is great and very considerate. In addition we asked David from House Fairies to clean my Mum’s sofa. He was also very flexible and accommodating. He did a thorough job, making the sofa look much brighter. Overall we’ve found this company to be excellent. Just what we were looking for!
Fabulous people and a fantastic service. After the loss of my father they took the stress of cleaning his house away. Shelley definitely worked some kind of magic to make the house look spotless...especially the carpet, which I thought would need replacing. The house needed to be completely redecorated and David repainted all the rooms, walls and gloss work, to a high quality and with much care and attention. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any size job.
